Character history-
Once upon a time there were three children who loved one another very much, and they also loved music, two boys who were brothers and their cousin who was a girl. Of the boys the blond older brother proposed a dream, a dream to build a rock and roll concert hall right there in their hometown of Nerima and form a band the likes of which had never been seen! Inspired by that dream and driven on by personal feelings of devotion to one another (As well as greed and a desire to be famous) the siblings formed a pact to see that dream come true.

Years passed and the only progress they'd made by the time the oldest brother was 25 was that they owned the deed to a large Daikon field in the middle of Nerima city. On a portion of that field they had built a stage and when the other brother wasn't farming and harvesting Daikon he would lead the band in practice sessions that brought the ire and wrath of his noise hating neighbors.
